Don't walk--but run from this company. They have no regard for humans. I interviewed with them for 4 hours. Interview was scheduled from 11-3. however, not one interviewer asked me for a break or asked me if I had my lunch. By the way, I interviewed at one of their sites so it wasn't a virtual interview. During the interviews, I felt like they were trying to gain information from my knowledge on building ML ops and infra at my past employers vs accessing my capabilities for the position I was interviewing for. In the end, I was informed that they are looking for a more experienced personnel. Well, hell, if you were looking for a more experienced person, why did you now make that judgement from the prescreens and hiring manag interviews? They never offered to reimburse the cost to travel to their site (which I will always be sour about) or for food. In the end, this is a cronystart-up. Read past reviews before applying here. Favoritism runs deep here and you will work 15 hrs a day talking with folks from Australia which is where this company is based.
