I was initially contacted by a recruiter at this company. This person stated they would call me at 3:00 PM CST. No call after waiting around 45 minutes. The next morning I followed up and this person told me the position was on hold. Unfortunately not following up / keeping appointments appears to be a trend for some recruiters.

I was contacted by a recruiter from Rose International regarding a Project Coordinator position. After sharing my resume as requested, I followed up multiple times but never received a response or update on my application status. The lack of communication felt unprofessional and left a poor impression of the company’s hiring process. Clearer follow-up or closure, even if not selected, would go a long way in improving the candidate experience.
