The whole process took 14 days. I applied on their website. The hiring manager was very friendly and responsive. There were several rounds of interviews: an initial screening call, a call with the Tech Lead that consisted of a high-level description of the project and position, and a discussion of my previous experience. There was a take-home task, which took me 2 hours to complete, followed by a panel round with several engineers discussing the solution to the take-home task, engineering, and Python. The last round was a cultural fit interview, which felt like a casual chat with a potential colleague. I received an offer the very next day.
