Typical first interview phone screen that led to an in-person interview with the region manager. Eventually I was ghosted by the recruiter until I reached out to them. Then, after being told to stay tuned by the hiring manager, I was ghosted again. I reached out to the recruiter and hiring manager with no reply from either of them. Very unprofessional!

Standard interview process for this type of role. Phone screen with the recruiter, call with supervising manager, and thirdly a in-person observation/interview with a person in the role. The interview process crossed-into two weeks to accommodate all schedules.

I went through many interviews where they asked me about my sales plans for the business. I had to share my strengths and weaknesses. I had to discuss what my successes had been in the past. I was asked what do I look for when hiring an employee?
