The entire interview process was misleading. First of all, they try to convince you that they're a brand new marketing start-up on their website even though they're actually part of a larger, pyramid scheme-like system. Secondly, they constantly put up ads for a variety of different "entry-level" positions requiring no experience, which is a complete bait-and-switch. I'm under the impression that no matter what you apply for, everyone is interviewed for the same job: a door-to-door salesperson with no base pay and zero benefits. After a quick one-on-one interview with the "CEO", I was invited back for a second interview where they wasted 2 hours of my time vaguely talking around what it is they do (I'm honestly still not clear on this) while lecturing me about marketing. It was a tough interview only in that it was so irrelevant to the job that you couldn't have prepared for it. Please do not apply to this company. The whole thing reeks of a scam that takes advantage of people without the self-confidence to turn down an immediate offer.

The entire process was very vague and confusing. I had a hard time understanding the day to day duties of the job, and gathered on my own that it is essentially door to door direct marketing. It seems they are trying to focus on other aspects as to not let on to the fact that you will have to go to neighborhoods and knock on people's doors in order to make a sale. Furthermore, they had me do three interviews, none of which varied greatly from one another. Between the second and third interviews I had to fill out a quiz regarding some of the information that was very briefly mentioned during the first interview.
