I applied and about 2-3 weeks later was contacted for a phone screen. That was about 30 minutes, then I had an on-site loop scheduled. It was 2.5 hours in length, and it was with 7 people overall. While it was strenuous in length, everyone was very personable and easy to talk to. I could sense the positive atmosphere even from the interview, and they contacted me to offer me the position when they said they would, which I really appreciated. I was thrilled to accept!
