J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Rover.com (Seattle, WA) en nov. 2019

This is 100% biased because I simply was not a good fit for the company. But I found the interview unnecessarily long and a bit redundant. One guy in particular obviously didn't like me right as he walked in the door (no idea why not, I thought I was courteous) and definitely tried to trip me up in his part of the interview. I laughed at one point, which is probably where it became obvious it wasn't gonna work out :)

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Rover.com en août 2024

Very long and inefficient process. Took 2 months to do all 7 interviews and case study. The team that was interviewing me were friendly and asked interesting questions. The HR team and co-ordinators were slow to respond and update. They sent a rejection email 1 week later than they said and never replied to the follow up.
Generally a positive experience. Although it took awhile to hear back after each interview and I would have appreciated more insight / assistance from recruiter before heading into virtual onsite round of the interview.

The interview process was thorough and the people you talk to seem to be engaged in the process. They all take extensive notes and ask follow up questions to gain deeper insight.
