Recruiter reached out for an initial interview and said they’d be in contact once the hiring manager had a chance to review resumes. I followed up with recruiter twice with no response from them. It’s understandable if I was not the right candidate for the position but have some common courtesy to send a short email back saying this. Candidates give you their time to talk about the position, show respect and send them a thank you but no thank you.
