My in person interview was scheduled at 10am however the studio was not even open. The Regional Manager for the West Coast had the doors still locked until 10:10 because she was working on her laptop. She finally noticed me and came out to talk to me. She was on her laptop the entire time and after about 5 minutes she stopped the interview to take a Zoom call. She asked me to re schedule over Zoom the next day. That interview went fine and then she asked me to interview with a NURSE!! This nurse would have been on my team and I would have been her manager!!! That is the culture of this company. The nurses run things and make more per hour than the studio managers. When I questioned this I was told that the nurses are the product of the company. So that set the tone for my 2 year experience with Rowan. The nurses make more money than the SMs. Some make $40 per hour plus tips!
