You apply online through the NSW Health Jobs website where you need to create an account. It will then ask you about 4-5 questions about the job where you have a maximum of about 3000 words to respond to each. Then you have to submit the application and wait. You have to go through this process even if you are a internal employee. The actual interview itself consists of 3 panel members, two other staff members in that department and one independent.
