The HR from Xavier's consultancy made a deal with me where I had to agree to pay 4K from my first month's salary if I wanted the job. Although, Xavier's consultancy is the placement partner of RR, really don't understand how this works. RR didn't reply back to any of the emails I had sent personally before consulting Xavier's consultancy.
Job would involve 3 months probation without any leaves.

There were two rounds. Firstly there was a test where one is given MCQ questions then a subjective question. Then if passed the MCQ and subjective part will move to the PI round.

There will be a exam of the knowledge in English and your graduation subject and after that test qualifiers will be selected for the interview. Candidates will be selected on the basis of the interview and the knowledge of the various academic and scientific content writing.
