I met with the general manager and the interview started with a few behavioral questions as well about my experience about working in a restaurant. He seemed more interested in getting to know about who I was as a person and how I would interact with the staff than about specific experiences since the job is fairly self-explanatory.

The interview process was quick and efficient. They were pretty open about the job duties and what was to be expected of the employees. Overall easiest interview I ever had
