Easy and short. You go into a room and have basic behavioral questions asked. Then you do a practice phone call and see how well you can follow a script, fill out a form, etc.

The interview process basically tests your ability to maintain a clear and concise conversation. You should be fine as long as you can put a positive spin on a conversation and steer away from negativity.

Question 1
The questions mostly dealt with how one would be able to effectively get a donation and what you would do if someone objects for a particular reason.
