You meet with the two hiring managers and it is very informal, but professional. The regular questions are asked, then they decide if you are Rumph material. You must have a good personality, be efficient and have the ability to multi-task.

I interviewed with the managers Paul and Patty, who are also the owner and son. It was not too intense, questions were not difficult, and they were both friendly, which made me want to talk without worry.
