Entretien
I had an initial phone interview, a Teams interview with management and then a paid trial-day. The interviews were great- everyone was very friendly and the interviews were informal whilst still attaining useful information, they also left plenty of time for me to ask them questions. The trial day offered me a chance to meet the wider team and see the building that I would be working in. During the day I was given tasks to carry out as well as lunch with the team and a drink afterwards. This was key in cementing the role in my head- the team and building was amazing!

The first stage consisted of an online assessment, answering scenario questions. Then, I was interview by another employee who seemed inexperienced in conducting interviews, followed by in-person group assessment day

Entretien
The interview process was extremely detailed. I was quite surprised at how in-depth the questions truly were. They were able to get a sense of me as a person and answered all of my questions openly and honestly as this is their policy.
