      Entretien

There were 4 rounds, all technical. Such a bad experience. I am an efficient senior developer with 5 years of experience. I gave interview here. The first round seemed ok the guy was friendly and I was asked baswd on what i added in my resume. I even gave some suggestion for the interviewer for the betterment of the application, he was so impressed with my knowledge and the background I come from as a developer. The second round was also normal technical in which I confidently answered most of them but couldn't answer 2 answers which i fid not work with. The 3rd round was again technical where the VP and senior manager took my interview and they were very kuch impressed with my knowledge. Then came the 4th round with the CEO, I am not sure of and that guy was such a horrible interviewer. He himself doesnt come from a developer background and he asked me such questions which was not even my role I somehow gave whatever knowledge I had. He asked more about what I did in my company and for which he threatened me saying I am lying about the coding and it's not possible to do so for such an application. I claimed that this is qhat we do in our current organization though and he directly said I dont believe you and that he knows the CTO of my current company and he will cross check with him about the coding that we do for the issue. I had my cool because I had the basic mannera of how to give an interview l. But sadly the CEO doesn't even know the basic sense on how to interview a developer. He was so arrogant through out my 4th round and he asked me questions that were not even my role and pointed that out and said I have zero knowledge in my role. I dont understand then how cid I even clear other 3 rounds which was purely technical and was difficult ones. And at last he rejected me. He gave a reason to the HR saying I did not match the role which was mentioned in my resume. How is this even possible??? How can I clear all 3 technical rounds perfectly or atleast impressively by their own Team lead, Manager, VP and senior manager. The arrogance he had while taking my interview made me judge the company. How do the members survive there with such a non technical guy who doesnt understand the concept and questions abruptly? It was a relief when he rejected me because I cant imagine working with him for a start up on the first base. I work for Indias top most company in this sector and this is how I was interviewed. If anyone giving interview I will just suggest one thing speak up if they are humiliating you for even a little thing. If this is how the top management is then I am not sure how eligible the work environment will be. Please dont give interview to these people who take 4 technical rounds for a job role. They ask unnecessary questions and expect you to be responsible for the role that is not even your profile.
