One phone call, no face required. Very friendly, but feels like an interview nonetheless. They emailed prior to confirm stuff. They also mentioned they have other candidates during my interview.

They give you a scenario of a customer asking a question about the trip they’ve booked and want you to give your best “customer service” answer
I was asked about related experience and had to answer situational questions in regards to student safety, cultural sensitivity, and staff interactions. Interviewer was friendly and encouraging! There are multiple steps to the interview process so be sure to ask about next steps.
