Had phone interview with good HR rep and was invited to an in-person interview. Great interview, really liked the questions and interviewer. Felt comfortable asking questions and learning what their goals were. After three weeks of no feedback of any kind, I called to inquire status and was abruptly told - by a different and frankly very rude HR rep - that the position was filled then hung up on. Figured if their HR and post-interview is like this then I dodged a bullet!
