Interview process was short but takes them a long time to conduct interview once you apply.
However as per the peer review the company is very good and people centric. Benefits are good and people tend to stay longer in the organisation

Skipped the one way screening since I had done that already for another role there.
1st interview with the team.
2nd interview with Business Partner.
3rd interview with IT leaders.
Was told I’d hear by the end of the week… didn’t hear back until 3 weeks later. Asked for feedback and didn’t get any reply.

they generally asked how we will support the company using our skills. Overall it was a good experience.
