Had 3 rounds. One with General manager, Delivery manager and with a Mentor of SBL. Had a pleasant and fruitful session in 2 rounds. They were impressed and were able to find our the gap between both of us. The worst part was with the mentor. He didnot listen to what I had to say. He himself winded up the session in 7 minutes and asked to come for a F2F. Later the HR said not shortlisted. The so called mentor did not tried to understand the candidate and I dont know how he could judge me.
