Phone interview, then in person interview. questions pertaining to your resume, industry experience, and couple of behavioral type of questions. once offer, get preliminary offer, then final offer (may start before if you get background check until the full one completes.
Took about two weeks to hear from them after applying online through USAJOBS. Assistant contacted me via email to schedule. Everyone on the panel was very nice and welcoming. The interview was conducted over video call.

zoom interviews with two attorneys, very much a conversation asking about my background and why i want to work for the sec, if i was willing to relocate and take a lower pay
General questions about experience, training, and legal skills. Reviewed resume and asked about particular case studies. In depth legal analysis. Questions about litigation process. Questions about management experience, both dealing with junior attorneys and senior partners. General questions about federal / admin law.
