There will be 1-3 interviews depending on how badly they need to hire a new person. During the interview they will ask you very back IT questions, that anyone with two years of experience can answer. The will describe the job, get your exicted about it, while down playing the stressful environment, cut-throat culture, and that you will be required to work 24/7.
