Had an interview with HR. They asked me to fly to the Headquarters to continue the process (expenses on me). Had another interview with HR, manager and general manager. During the interview GM asked to provide a research project, including details of professional contacts I could provide that could be useful for the company. After delivering the research, the manager asked me to find contacts for them, and to contact companies on their behalf. Based on my ability to get replies from other companies. I applied for a Manager position, but after 3 interviews and having me fly at my own expenses to meet them, asking me to deliver a research project, to share with them professional contacts, and to contact other companies on their behalf, the company offered an internship position for 2-3 months.
