Entretien
Fácil, sencillo y rápido. Es bastante dinámico y no demanda prácticamente nada de tiempo. Hay que tener cuidado con las diferencias horarias ya que se ubican en la zona del pacifico.

Evaluación general de inglés, conversaciones y situaciones.
Haces una actividad donde tenes que interpretar en el momento un audio con dialogos tecnicos de salud que es basttante rapido, dificil si no se tiene memoria, luego se hac una entrevista presencial donde se charla en ambos idiomas.

It is a very long process. Several tests (English. spanish, cognitive, logical), then a zoom interview in two parts (english and spanish). Job offer is not guaranteed, it depends on the clients needs.

Easy. My recruiter was amazing. They speak about why working there would be a good fit for you first, and then they start with the job interview. I loved it. It gave me confidence.
