- Awful experience - Revised the schedule for multiple times, and not reponsive - Postponed the interview for about a month, ended in 15 mins right after they knew you would required a visa sponsorship for work (didn't mention not providing sponsorship neither on JD and conversations with the HR)

Overall, slow/limited communication between HR and interviewee. Applied in Apr 2025 and HR only responded several months later (first red flag). Prior to the interview, was asked to fill in a questionnaire detailing references (quite outdated methodology to do due diligence on prospective candidates, especially for VC that invests in deep-tech). Did 3 rounds of interview (see below) in the following weeks. Sent a follow-up email to HR weeks later following the last round interview but received no response. Completely unprofessional. 3 rounds of interview: - interview with HR and hiring manager (just a chat on your experience and why you want to join) - case study (prepare an investment memo on a selected company) - interview with head of department A side note - Noted that the Company isn't actively hiring since there has been limited attrition. But that said, HR/hiring manager should communicate clearly when can prospective candidates hear back from the Company. Rather unprofessional to just leave candidates guessing when can we expect a reply.
