The impression I got from the website vs what I saw in employees was very different.
Hiring person interrupted, cut me off and jumped to conclusions several times while I was trying to introduce myself and describe my qualifications.
During the interview, I was asked personal questions about my family, and again, many assumptions were made, including comments on how young I looked (despite my resume clearly outlining my long years of experience - I was probably the same age as the interviewer!)
Not impressed, very unprofessional - glad I got to see what it was like beforehand. Sad, because the website seemed very promising.
The interviewer also hinted that I will have to prioritize this job above everything else, including staying late with minimal notice - Even though position was p/t entry level, they expect you to drop everything and stay late. I explained that I have other jobs and commitments that have been in place for many years, and the interviewer seemed upset about this.
Overall, not impressed - not professional, the interviewer seemed rushed and disorganized, and since they would have been my immediate supervisor, I did not think this place would be a great work environment.
