its is 3 step process. First round is an expert panel(minimum 3 subject experts) round followed by a demo lecture and further an HR Round. It was a wonderful experience.

Entretien
Two rounds of interviews were held, which I cleared. Then I received an offer letter which bore no mention of remuneration, although that part was settled over multiple calls with the HR. The offer letter only bore the following sentence - The salary and allowance as applicable shall be settled as per mutually agreed terms and conditions. The lady from the HR passed it as a standard practice for the University. Naturally, I declined the offer.
