I applied the job through LinkedIn and the company has a very active LinkedIn Page. I could find out what the company does through their LinkedIn to prepare myself for the interview. I was shortlisted for interview within 2 weeks of application. I went through 3 rounds of interview, separately with the Hiring Manager, HR, Executive Director. The interview were very casual and they were very kind and nice. The interview helped to give me a good impression of the company.
