A call from a senior manager. She asked me "if an IOC wants to invest in Indonesia, what will you do" This was a classic business case, so starting from demographics ==> company's expertise and balance sheet shall be good. Don't forget to take the interviewer as your own customer. The interview began with me introducing myself, followed by a brief discussion about my family background. The interviewer then moved on to my resume, asking questions related to my academic work, projects, and skills. We concluded the session with me asking them a question in return.
