Very straight can be better by having 2 rounds per interview.
Phone call, Skill test then group activity and then panel interview. From phone call to the final interview it took more than 6 weeks.
Easy interview. Starts with review of resume then technical questions on the product line. Also be ready to talk about your experience and readiness to work long hours. These are really critical

Entretien
Application was online. After several attempts I was called to a selection process. Firsly, a phone called took place by the sales manager. In this stage the questions were about my sales background and what do I know about Schlumberger's segments. The second meeting was with the operational manager. In this part of the process the interview was related how well I know the clients and their expectations.
