Recruitment Day at Schlumberger office.
8-12 candidates invited.
1.) Presentation by Slb recruiters
2.) Individual Presentation before entire group: 5 Slides with 5 questions that had been given by Schlumberger a few days prior to the interview.
3.) Group excercise: Group split up into two or three and then have to build a bridge with toiletpaper rolls and magic tape. Or receive a number of A4 sheets (say 20) and magic tape and a ruler. Task is to build as high a tower as possible in 40 Minutes. Group members might be changed inbetween.

build it together and then explain us how it works . time limit 5 minutes.
