Just a few behavioral questions like: Tell me about yourself, tell me about a challenge you faced, how do you know about the company, what challenges do you think you will face as a field engineer For the 3 day program, I was put in a group of 3 to work on a presentation about a designated department. Took all the information from the company website. There were a few team building exercises and then we were taken to a tour in one of the workshops. The final exit interview was quick, they just wanted to make sure that you fully understand what you're signing up for. A year later: First interview was simple, just a meeting rather than an interview. Second interview questions were all about why would you want to work in the field.
