Three people sat with me and asked a variety of questions about skills and work history. What I had to bring to the company and where from the outside where did I think we should spend their time and effort to improve their supply chain.

describe the last time you did a home renovation project ( a DIY) what did you learn and what would you differently.
Great company to interview with. I did two rounds of interviewing including a case study given to me. Many questions were asked that make you think about supply chain. First-round consisted of behavioral questions.

Interview went well, almost an hour, describing myself and my intentions. Had a discussion in English and some questions about my vision and passions. Very easy to have a conversation
About the oil and gas industry questions, about my background education, experiences, questions on my skills and understanding of the position including the company position in the industry, supply chain management, and C.Eng transferable skills
