First, I did a 30 minute phone interview; it was about my resume and they asked me what is the difference between the lathe and the mill. (I am an ME so I'm sure they'll ask something related to your major.) The next day I received a invitation to go to Houston for a 3 day interview; they pay for everything. The first day we had dinner and a small info session. Then, we had a team activity. (Built a pipeline with cardboard and other materials they provided.) The second day we went to their Sugarland Technology Center; they gave us a tour of the place... (Make sure to ask a lot of questions) Again, we had a nice dinner and a guest speaker. The last day I had to do an 8 min. presentation on a previous project that I had done. (Make sure you prepare for this) and then it followed by 4 one on one interviews.
