J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez SLB (Oklahoma City, OK) en mars 2020
Entretien
I applied online and did an online interview and then was flown out to OKC for the second round in March 2020. The interview process was a couple days and they had you do group activities which were a little pointless in my opinion (for example, they had you build the tallest tower with paper and tape). It seemed like they were screening for people who had the loudest and most outgoing personality. They also had us prepare a presentation about ourselves and then present it to the recruiters. The recruiters were disinterested and really gave no feedback. All of the recruiters were field engineers at Schlumberger before and then were placed into an HR position which explains why it was so informal and unprepared. After the interview, there was no contact with any of the recruiters. My classmate that also was at the interview ended up having to email them a couple months later asking for an update and they immediately sent an automated message to the both of us telling us we didn't get an offer.
1st round interview included short technical question, and telling about myself and the projects I worked on.
Not difficult/or hard, but just need to explain well enough to tell the logic process
It was an on campus hiring. First they shortlisted based on CV. Then second round was group discussion where we were given abstract topics like "Half filled glass of water" and were asked to discuss. This was also an eliminatory round. The final round was more of a HR round, they asked behavioural questions, few puzzles (very easy) and general knowledge questions
