1)Recruitment at the university campus among thousands of students, not only form my university but also from other universities across my country.
2) one numerical test
3)two different interviews, the first one with HR representatives and the second one with segments managers,
4) three full days of interviews and group test among other candidates.
it takes a long time to replay until now I don't take the result coworkers are good, it depends on the location and job youre in. safety is scrutinized heavily in this company, pay is fair and can be higher through the associates program

The first round was 1:1 with the recruiter. Consisted of general questions about ur CV, why u want to leave previous job, good n bad things about ur previous employer. Went on for about 35-40 minutes.

Entretien
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I attended the first-stage interview and the second in Kuala Lumpur. The first interview was with the HR Manager while the second was with the Segment Manager. Both of them were friendly and there were no technical questions asked.
