It was a lengthy process (4 months total). First a quick phone screening with HR, then two rounds of zoom interviews with Controllers the same week. 4 weeks later HR indicated they want to make an offer but it took another 4 weeks to get this in writing (no details are given verbally). I was told the long wait was because they were undergoing a periodic review of compensation levels. Base salary was slightly below market but they offer sign in bonus and discounted stock.
