I had such a great experience going through the interview process at SmartLinx. Everyone I interviewed with was extremely kind and it seemed like they genuinely cared about getting to know me and my experience to see if I would be a great fit for their organization.

Fast, Easy, Professional, Insightful- they really care what YOU think about the company and how YOU think YOU would fit in. Very different, yet incredibly appreciated approach. If more companies interviewed like Smartlinx does then they'd have a much higher level of success in finding top- tier talent.

Interview was very professional, carried out like a conversation that made me very comfortable. Interviewer (Thakur Wint) asked relevant questions and allowed ample time to answer. Information provided about the company created excitement to learn more as I prepare for the next interview in the process.
