Panel interview with hiring managers, followed by a Thomas International assessment. Questions focused on background, motivation, technical understanding, and role fit. Process was straightforward, professional, and fairly well organized. It was very well planned.

The entire experience was smooth and welcoming. Although it was supposed to be an interview, I had fun talking with the senior manager and the HR representative who were there interviewing me.
