Interview only like 2 times, the recruiter call, and then you video call and then come to the office the recruiter will pitch you the company. I’ve had 1 interviews with other 7 candidates held together in a meeting room. I think they don’t have selection criteria bunch of youngsters there do to marketing on behalf of the company. This is face to face marketing job with only commission based
