Alles verliep goed tot ze over het loon en de voorwaarden begonnen. De reden waarom ze niet over loon willen praten is omdat ze heel veel verwachten voor een ondermaats loon. En misschien denken dat je er toch op in zult gaan na al die stappen te hebben gedaan.

The team gives a presentation on SOA People and explains in detail how they operate. Then they explain what consultants can expect in terms of salary and benefits and the job. Lastly they go through your CV and test your soft skills in a 45 minutes conversation (2 times) which was not difficult at all.
