Recruiter had 3 different people call me, trying to convince me to take the position, but would not give me a written offer. When I asked for the hours to be included on the offer along with a yearly review, there was a drastic change in tone from the recruitment company. She even made me email her to have in writing that I could work weekends (after refusing to put anything in writing for me). After attempting to call and text her, she finally sent me a text at 6 pm on a Friday telling me that they had moved forward with another candidate.
