My interview experience with SOTI was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
I was explicitly told I would be moving forward to the next round, only to be completely ghosted afterward. No follow-up, no update, no closure—even after reaching out.
This isn’t just a minor oversight—it reflects a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort. Based on this experience, the concerns raised in Glassdoor reviews about culture and communication seem justified.
If you’re considering applying, I’d strongly recommend thinking twice and asking very direct questions about how candidates are treated throughout the process.

Entretien
Quite fast procedure. Had four meetings in total including HR screening. Was prepared well by HR. Interviews are rather conversational than the usual questions. Felt like they were really looking into personality.

Competency based questions like: what did you do in X situation, what would you tell your younger self, what is most important in a job besides salary. Tell me about a time when you did X, why Soti, why the role, give an example of a time when you ... etc.
Also ask a lot of questions.
