The HR has initiated the discussion with basic technical questions , that I answered then he asked about my relevant experience and why am I fit for the job, my interest and then scenario based questions as well. after couple of days I received a call for the Final F2F discussion. It was really good Experience...They avoided unnecessary formalities and was clear about their expectations and similarly they have offered me how much I expected.
