Submitted my app on indeed and heard back from the hiring manager in <48 hours. Scheduled the interview the same week. The hiring manager was looking for someone to essentially start up the lab portion of the company with him (in this location). Mostly was given a tour of the facilities. It was an informal interview -- just how I like 'em!
