Initial on-campus interview through College Career Services was good. It was a behavioral interview with basic questions, recruiter was very personable and professional. One thing that was bothersome was that SPX took 2.5 weeks PAST the date that the recruiter had informed me of a response to inform me whether or not I had made it on to the next round. Once on to the next round at the corporate headquarters, which transportation and accommodations were paid for/provided by SPX, there was an entire day of interviewing 4 2-person groups. I was one of 12 candidates for 2 positions they were looking to fill. I was not offered a position but I was still disturbed by the fact that they merely sent me an email to inform me and that the email was also a week and a half late.
