I just went to the company after hearing about the company and submitted my resume. First they conducted a general HR interview and after that a written test is conducted. Finally they called for a interview. Finally selected.

First round was grammar and second round was face to face with the TL. But took them a long time to call me back regarding the results. I got the offer.
