The first interview was very positive and i left the meeting feeling great. The second and final interview went well also. They told me they would follow up with me and after not hearing from them I followed up. I never heard back. I understand being busy and not sending a rejection for just an application but if someone makes it to the final round of interviews it's completely unprofessional to not follow up. This reflects so poorly on the company and the Meetings and Exhibits team.
