I submitted my resume through the job posting on their website. A week or so later, I was contacted to do a video interview via GoTo Meeting. I interviewed with the hiring manager and the corporate HR recruiter.

Entretien
Interview was 2 rounds, basic "tell me about a time" questions. After my final round I ended up getting ghosted by the recruiter even though I was told there would be a follow up afterwards. I asked for feedback on my interview and how I could improve for the future after I got rejected, and I got ghosted again. They are very communicative while you're within the interview process but if they don't want you they don't care.

Entretien
It was great! The recruiter was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The interview itself was a panel format, and most of the questions focused on behavioural topics, things like teamwork, handling challenges, communication style, and past experiences. The interviewers were friendly, and the conversation flowed well, making the overall experience positive and comfortable.
