J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez SS&C (Windsor, CT) en mars 2025
Entretien
Aside from the initial phone-screen interview, there were three rounds of interviews, all through Teams.
First I met the hiring manager for a technical interviews. Most of the questions were fairly simple computer science and database type questions. We also talked about some of my past projects and experience, a bit about the team I'd be joining, and a bit about SS&C. Overall pleasant experience.
Next interview I met with the hiring manager again along with his boss. Kinda felt like more or less like the first interview, but with an extra person. We talked more about my projects and got into a discussion about where I would fit best on the team. They said a lot to sell me on the team and company culture. Felt very conversational and was a very pleasant experience.
Final interview was with one of the VPs. Felt VERY conversational and he was more trying to get to know me and my skills and how I would fit in the company. Also spoke highly of the company culture.
Overall felt like a great group of guys and was a great interviewing experience. I received a verbal offer a few days after my final interview. My only real complaint is that it took them over a month to draft up the written offer and get all the approvals and get it back to me. Though I was warned it would take some time.

During initial call recruited didn't told me anything about the company and didn't let me ask her questions about interview process or about the company itself. Seems unprofessional and kind of rude.
